Traditional Kimchi, made in small batches using an authentic South Korean recipe with napa cabbage, mooli, carrot, spring onion, garlic, ginger, Korean seasonings and we replace the fish sauce normally used in kimchi with a vegan fish sauce made from seaweed!
Kimchi is spicy, tangy, sour, with a natural fizz, and is served in Korea as a side dish (or banchan) with most meals!
Serving suggestion: Kimchi fried rice, or in a kimcheese toastie!
